CREATE A PROFILE. BE FOUND. GET HIRED.

With TourReady being so new, we get a ton of questions on social media asking how TourReady is different than other job sites, industry email chains, social media groups, and other alternatives that are available to concert touring professionals. We're ready to dissect the truth on how you can REALLY find work, by just having a profile on TourReady.
Filter Basics
With thousands of members on TourReady, the majority of crew get hired through TourReady's filter search. It's the same concept as searching for a hotel that you want to book for a weekend getaway - first, you select when and where you need the hotel to be located, set how much you're willing to pay, and select any additional amenities that you may require. Click search and boom! You're presented with a list of results that match exactly what you requested.
Same idea as TourReady. Hiring members are able to fill out their filter based on crew type, dates, experience, skills, equipment, pay rate, location, certifications required, and more. This process allows employers to instantly find what they're looking for without needing to post a job - and it could be you!
What does that mean for crew?
Keeping your TourReady profile and calendar current is a must, and an ongoing commitment. It's important to make sure that these features are up-to-date so that you don't receive work requests that don't reflect what you're looking for. The more information you cover, the more likely you will appear in filter searches.
Here are some more features that you can help you find work during the free beta.
Video Resume
For that extra edge, upload a video resume! This can be anything from a 60 second video spot of you explaining your past experience and skills, or it can be an edited video reel showing off your hard work. Whichever you choose, take advantage of this unique feature and stand out from the crowd.
Becoming a Rockstar User
You can also get the recognition and exposure you deserve with TourReady's Rockstar Plan. As a Rockstar member, users are able to verify past work experience through TourReady, building a professional reputation that employers can trust.
We require a minimum of two reference checks from previous employers, and TourReady will notify you of your approval status. If all checks out, you will receive a verification that will be used on your profile, and you will become a part of the verification filter separating you from non-verified crew.
